YErrorState

定位 / Owner

YErrorState 表达区域或页面加载失败，提供 alert semantics、明确标题/说明和可选重试动作。

什么时候使用

用于请求失败、详情失败或 EditorPanel 无法加载内容。

不什么时候使用

字段 validation 使用 YFormField error；短暂 mutation feedback 使用 YAlert 或 feedback port。

Public API

props：title、description；slot：actions。

Composition

请求、retry 与错误映射由 query/business owner 负责；组件只呈现稳定 grammar。

Anti-pattern

不要在组件中吞掉原始错误后自行重试，也不要输出敏感服务端细节。
